Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 7 business days.
Orders are drop-shipped directly from Circadia to your home and typically arrive within 7 days after processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:

  • $15 Flat Rate Shipping (applies to all domestic orders)

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier service.

Order Issues & Damages

Coco Bella Salon and Spa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at cocobellasalonandspa@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare or beauty products.
